At Recovery & Wellness Mental Health Services PLLC, we are dedicated to providing substance use and mental health services to a growing number of clients. We counsel individuals as well as family members ~ we offer a flexible treatment approach to suit your needs.

At Recovery & Wellness, we provide screening, assessment, and treatment for individuals facing alcohol or drug-related legal, employment, and relationship problems. We also work with individuals struggling with co-occurring mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
We believe in building therapeutic relationships based on trust and respect in safe, comfortable, private, and convenient settings throughout the Hudson Valley.
